England, Scotland & Wales

0.00 to 1.00kg = £3.95 - including Vat - Calculated weights include packaging.

1.00kg to 25kg = £19.95 - including Vat - plus £19.95 for each additional 25kg or part there of.

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland

0.00 to 1.00kg = £3.95 - including Vat - Calculated weights include packaging.

1.00kg to 25kg = £19.95 - including Vat - plus £19.95 for each additional 25kg or part there of.

Southern Ireland

0.00kg to 25kg = £19.95 - including Vat - plus £19.95 for each additional 25kg or part there of.

Orders under the weight of 1kg will be sent by Royal Mail

Orders over the weight of 1kg will be sent by Fastways Couriers or Parcelforce

Estimated Mail Order Delivery Times
Orders generally take approximately 1 to 5 working days to be delivered form the date of dispatch (depending upon the service you have chosen) however in some isolated cases it may take a little longer depending upon your geographical location. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday or shortly thereafter.

Orders Containing Livefoods
Orders which contain livefoods with the exception of (dried mealworms) are dispatched directly by our suppler and as such they will be delivered independently by Royal Mail. Livefood orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays to UK Mainland postal addresses only. Orders received after 10am on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday or shortly thereafter.
