Making a Purchase
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them to you. This will include passing your delivery details to our appointed couriers so that we are able to deliver your order. We will not use your details for any other purposes without asking your consent first. You may ask that your details are removed from our system at anytime by simply contacting us. We are not obliged to supply any goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order as this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until payment has been confirmed and accepted. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Once your order has been collected from us and dispatched we will be unable to rectify any mistakes made. When you place an order with us you will receive a number of confirmation emails which are sent to you automatically.

If you did not receive any of the confirmation emails from us that will be because either:

• We did not receive your order.
• You entered the incorrect email address.

But for whatever reason, if you did not receive any of our email confirmations please contact us.

Typographical Errors
Although we try our best to double check customers address details when ever possible we can not be held responsible for typographical errors that have been made whilst using our website. Typographical errors entered by customers which lead to orders been delayed, mislaid or even lost are the sole responsibility of the individual customer in question so any subsequent claims for compensation will not be granted under any circumstances.

Customer Returns
If you wish to return any of the products that you have purchased from us for any reason please contact us.

Unscheduled Returns
When placing an order with us, we shall expect that someone will be present to sign for the goods ordered.

Normally one attempt will be made by our appointed couriers to deliver your order. If our appointed couriers are unable to deliver your order it may be returned to us if it is not collected from either the post office or the appointed couriers depot which will be specified on customer not present calling card within the number of days permitted. Orders which are returned to us will be dealt with in following manor.

1. We can offer a full refund for each of the items returned to us minus the (original delivery charges)

2. We can try to re-send your order which will entail you having to re-pay the (original delivery charges)

Please note: that any fees or surcharges incurred by us from the courier for returning of your order to us will be deducted from any subsequent refunds issued.
