The website terms and conditions inform you of  the rights and obligations you have upon placing an order with us. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our terms and conditions do not affect these.

Making a Purchase
By submitting your order you are offering to purchase the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your delivery details on to 3rd party couriers). We will not use your details for any other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system at any time. We are not obliged to supply any goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order by receiving payment in full and this is when the contract is made. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please Contact Us immediately. Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed. When you place an order with us an order confirmation is sent to you automatically by email.

If you did not receive it that will be because either:

1. We did not receive your order.
2. You entered your e-mail address incorrectly.

But for whatever reason, if you did not receive an automatic order confirmation please Contact Us if you which to check if we have received your order.

Mail Order Delivery Conditions
We would prefer that somebody is going to be present at your chosen delivery address to sign for the order you have placed with us. If this is not possible, you can always ask (in the notes section of the checkout) for your order to be left with a friend or neighbour so that they can sign for the order in your absence. If this is not possible and you instruct us to leave your order in a (insecure location) without providing a signature, for example please leave behind the wheelie bin, please leave in the front porch or behind the garden shed etc, you will be doing so at your own risk? as your order and all of it's contents will no longer be insured by us or our appointed 3rd party couriers, so any subsequent claims for compensation for loss or damage will not be granted under any circumstances.

Typographical Errors
Although we try our best to double check  address details when ever possible we can not be held responsible for any typographical errors that have been made by you whilst using our website. Typographical errors which are entered by customers leading to orders been delayed, mislaid or lost are solely down to the responsibility of the individual customer in question. Any subsequent claims for compensation under these circumstances will not be granted.

We highly recommend that you always double check any information which you have entered closely for typographical errors before submitting your order to us.

Unscheduled Returns
When placing an order with us, we expect that someone will be present to sign for your order at the address you have nominated as your delivery address. Two attempts will be made by our 3rd party couriers to deliver your order after which your order will be returned to us. Orders which are returned to us after two failed delivery attempts by our appointed 3rd party couriers will be dealt with in following manor.

1. We can offer a refund for each of the items returned to us. (minus delivery charges)

2. We can try to re-send your order. (this will entail having re-pay delivery charges)

Customer Returns
No goods may be returned without a "Return Goods Authorization". Any goods returned without such authorization shall be refused and the shipper will be liable for return shipping. If you have a return request, please Contact Us describing the reason for the return. Returns are granted at out sole discretion or the discretion of manufacturer of the product in question.

Goods returns, if granted, must:

• Be received within 7 days of the buyers physical receipt of goods
• Be in "Saleable" condition
• Be carriage pre-paid unless prior arrangements have been made
• Be accompanied by Return Goods Authorization Number
• Be accompanied by the Original Receipt or Photo Copy as (prof of purchase)

We reserves the right to charge up to 10% restocking & processing fees, plus original shipping charges.
